

Circuit Training classes concentrate on the conditioning aspects of Martial Arts.
These classes are a more modern way of organising a kickboxing training session. We concentrate on just a few techniques and work through them several times around a circuit.
You do not have be training in the regular kickboxing class to attend.
Each class follows a thorough warm up, demonstration and practice period before the circuits. As we are only working on a few specific techniques, it allows you to learn and understand what to do safely.
We do lots on the pads, shields and bags for a really effective workout.
The great thing about these sessions is that you can work at your own pace - whether you are just starting a fitness regime or looking to boost your performance in other sports such as football, hockey, swimming or triathlons, you set the level and we help you along.
This is a great way to dip your toe into the world of martial arts and see what it can offer.
